TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellation/Modification Policy 
For cancellations/modifications communicated within 72 hours before beginning of service, no penalty will apply.
For cancellations/modifications communicated between 72 and 24 hours before beginning of service, a 50% penalty will apply.
For cancellations/modifications communicated less than 24 hours before beginning of service, a 100% penalty will apply.
NO SHOW - 100% /penalty
Disposals
  Disposals include 1 meal for the driver

Transfers

Transfer services include a maximum waiting time of 60 minutes at the Airport, 30 minutes at the Train Station and 15 minutes at all other pick up locations. Any longer waiting time, if authorized, will be charged every 60 minutes and will take effect after the first 30 minutes from scheduled appointment/time.  

Night Service Supplement

A 20% surcharge will apply to services, or parts of services, carried out between 8:00pm and 7:00am NOTE: Services are intended to start and end in the garage, therefore the kilometers and time of service are subject to the time needed for vehicle and driver to depart and return to the garage at the end of service. 

Not included in the Price
Ferries, Tunnel Fees (only the ones subject to fees), Driver's overnight, Driver's meal after the first.
 Holidays

50% surcharge may be applied for services to be carried out on the holidays of December 25th - 26th, December 31st, January 1st, Easter and Easter Monday, August 15th and other local or national holidays that will be communicated upon booking.

Last Minute Bookings

A 50% surcharge may be applied to last minute bookings received less than 12 hours before the beginning of service.

Special Notes

Should fuel prices increase by more than 15% compared to the estimates of December of the previous year, a rate increase may be applied.
In case of extraordinary meteorological or socio-political events, rates may vary.

DISCLAIMER - Blucar Service is a Chauffeur Driven Car Rental company based in Florence and in no circumstance will be able to provide services that differ from that area of activity (as a mere example ticket reservations for museums, trains or similar).

The use of the term “Tour” within our website is always referred to a transportation service with car and driver.

The use of the term “Guided Tours” within our website refers to transportation services with car and driver, where the driver - upon the client’s request and considering the chosen locations – will organize the optimum itinerary.
